Hoffman Care Associates, Inc. was founded in 2003 to provide high-quality community and residential-based intellectual disability services throughout Central Pennsylvania. Our management team has more than 40 years of experience serving those with intellectual and physical disabilities in various capacities. We use this experience and hands-on knowledge on a daily basis to endure our consumers are bring served in the most effective manner and receive the highest level of care and support possible.
We pride ourselves in having highly competent staff and require on-going annual to ensure they not only meet, but exceed mandated requirements. All members of our staff are dedicated, honest and reliable professionals. Our staff must meet rigid employment standards along with criminal background checks and reference checks.
